

What is it?
The secure document exchange service allows you to transfer documents to and download documents from within a secure environment. It also allows us to store documents on a secure server for you to download and review as you wish.
How do I become a user of this service?
To use our Secure Document Exchange facility, you must be registered for this service. Please contact us and we will do this for you.
How do I login?
If you are registered for the Secure Document Exchange service, you can click on the link on the Document Exchange page which will open the Document Exchange log in page and allow you to log in to your own Secure Document Exchange area. If you cannot access this link, contact us and we will confirm that you are registered for the service and point you to the link.
You will need to click on ‘Logon’ on the right of the screen (as shown below), in the box that appears you will need to enter your personal username and password before being allowed to access to your documents. Once you have successfully submitted your login details you will redirected to your documents page.
If you have forgotten your username and/or password please contact Abbey who will provide these to you.
Your Login page will look similar to this:-

After logging in you will see a similar screen to the one below:

From this screen you will be able to see the folder in which any documents that you have uploaded and/or which you can download are stored.
From your documents screen you can do the following.
1) Upload a new document
2) Download a document
3) Make new folders
4) Delete a document
To upload a new document
Click on the upload (white piece of paper with arrow pointing up) button. This will then open a Browse box from which you can select the documents from your computer to upload.
To download a document
Click on the document that you require, then click on the download button (white piece of paper with arrow pointing down). A download box will appear and you can choose where on your computer you would like to download (save) the document.
To make a new folder, right click on the original folder with your username shown and then left click on New Folder. Alternatively, double click the folder shown in the main window, right click in empty space and left click on New Folder. You can also rename this folder.
To delete a document
Click on the document you wish to delete and click the red cross in the menu bar.
